Henri Cartier-Bresson is one of the top ten famous photographers. Born on August 22, 1908 in Chanteloup, France. He is known for wandering around the world and and immersing into the current environment he’s in and considered as one of the major artist of the 20th century. He has captured many events of the Spanish Civil War and the French uprising in 1968.
He was educated in Paris and developed the love for arts and literature. Being creative are in his genes. Although, when he was a young adult, he was becoming communism; art always remained as the center in his life. Henri started studying painting for two years and soon enough wnet Cambridge University to dedicate more into literature courses and art.
He was released from the army that stationed him outside Paris, he traveled to Africa to hunt boars and antelopes but, he did not eat them because of the lack of interest and so gave up on the sport and instead decided to take pictures of the world around him. After that for the rest of his life Henri Cartier-Bresson approached to photography. Below this short summary of Henri are some of his picture that probably used artificial light, dark room effects and some cropping.
